Tari Made - The Soul of Batik

Event: New York Indonesian Fashion Week

     New York Indonesian Fashion Week brought out some of the best fashion designers in the industry. Tari Made was among them. Tari showcased twelve amazing garments for men and women during the show. Her collection was called “The Soul of Batik”. Batik is a scratch of hot wax liquid mixed with natural spices on a piece of white cloth. It’s then processed with coloring and finishing stages to become a piece of batik cloth.
